Our cooperation in pressure equipment design projects can begin both in the design conception and in the detailed engineering process or in the final elaboration of the manufacturing drawings.
We also prepare design packages with all kinds of documentation such as maintenance manuals, instructions for use, assembly procedures, etc.
Design conception
In DEFLOW we take care of the design of the equipment based on the description and requirements of the client, considering the applicable regulations and taking into account the production methods. During this process the contact with our clients is fluid, making the final result as expected and adapted to the client’s procedures.
The designs are elaborated using the most established CAD systems in the sector, thus adapting ourselves to the preferences of the client.
Detailed engineering
Whether we elaborate the complete design, or if we only cooperate with the client in the process of this, in DEFLOW we have powerful CAD / CAE tools for the development of the parts, as well as to provide FEA calculations.
Preparation of manufacturing drawings
The drawings are presented either in our format or in the client’s format. It is not only about including the corporate image but also about considering the approval and validation procedures established in the quality systems of our clients.
Design Packages
We complete CAD designs with files that can include all types of documentation, according to the client’s needs. In addition to calculations these may include, installation and maintenance manuals, assembly procedures, etc.
Industrial Area
Our collaboration ranges from large projects, collaborating with those engineering companies in charge of the “Turnkey” to the small works of improvements and maintenance of existing facilities, design of molds and tools where we can also offer the subcontracting, expediting and inspection of the pieces.

We can assist clients with large projects or engineering companies in charge of the “Turnkey” by carrying out design work or preparation of drawings of components or parts of the project. Our vocation for teamwork and commitment makes our integration into these teams satisfactory.

Production Departments
The experience of our team makes us the perfect partner to cooperate with these departments during the manufacturing of the supplied designs, either by performing inspections during the manufacturing of the components, advice or instruction of suppliers, etc.
Maintenance Department
In those cases where our customers need to carry out maintenance or repair work on equipment, we collaborate with them either with consulting and inspection work or even offering to subcontract repair work or manufacture spare parts.
